Flirt Montreal has created some guidelines and tips for dating that we ask every member to read in order to encourage a fun and healthy environment.

• Every individual that signs up on Flirt Montreal should be single. Flirt Montreal Events are for single people looking to meet the same. If a member has misrepresented themselves when filling out his/her profile and is actually attached, his/her account will be deleted from our database. We encourage anyone who is made aware of such misrepresentations to report it to us at info@flirtmontreal.com.

• Mutual respect is EXPECTED. Men should always act like gentlemen and women as ladies. Try not to use foul or sexually suggestive language or conversation that may make a fellow member uncomfortable.

• Be positive. Positive energy attracts the same! Don't complain or bring up negative topics of conversation i.e. the bad day you had today, your negative character traits, deep regrets you have about your past behavior that are no longer relevant to your life etc.

• Clothing and Personal Hygiene.
  You never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression... Wear clothes that make you feel good, sexy and confident. Ensure you are clean, shaven and refreshed.

• Be yourself!

• Listen actively.
  Don't interrupt. While someone is talking, don't spend time thinking about what you're going to say when it's your turn. This will allow you to get to know the person you are speaking with and show that you are interested in what they saying.

• Kindly refrain from asking detailed questions about a person's place of work, address or other identifying details at the first Flirt event unless the information is volunteered. You can discuss these interesting topics on future dates if there's a mutual match!

• Do not get drunk. We recommend taking advantage of the bar and any complimentary drinks, however going overboard may result in you losing your edge and blowing your chances of making a good impression.
