Terms and Conditions

Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and single or separated from your spouse to register as a member of Flirt Montreal or use the Website. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Your Interactions with Other Members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. You understand that Flirt Montreal does not in any way screen its Members, nor does Flirt Montreal inquire into the backgrounds of its Members or attempt to verify the statements of its Members. Flirt Montreal makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of Members or their compatibility with any current or future Members. In no event shall Flirt Montreal be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of this Service or persons you meet through this Service. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Members of the Service, particularly if you decide to meet outside of Flirt Montreal events. You understand that Flirt Montreal makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information) to other Members.

Cancellation and Refunds

Flirt Montreal works hard to create a high quality event and to ensure that there are an equal ratio of men and women at each event. That being said, cancellations pose a large problem in maintaining these ratios. It is for that reason that Flirt Montreal has a NO REFUND policy. However, if we are contacted 48 hours in advance, it will be our pleasure to keep a credit of the amount paid in order for you to use at a future Flirt Montreal events. There are no cancellation fees and you do not lose your money. In essence, we just hold your money on credit until you choose to attend another event at which time you will not have to purchase another ticket. All you would need to do is contact us and let us know which event you are interested in attending.

Event Cancellations

Flirt Montreal reserves the right to cancel an event. If this should happen, members will be advised of the cancellation as soon as possible with at least 48 hour notice. Members will be refunded for tickets purchased. Cancellations would only occur if an insufficient number of people registered for an event or if there was an emergency.

Proprietary Rights. Flirt Montreal owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Match.com, and its licensors.
